A daughter, her mum, and a one way ticket.
In 2024 we did something most people thought was a little crazy. We already worked online from home, but we had no big savings and no five year plan. House sitting was our vehicle, and it changed everything.
Since then we've lived in beautiful homes across 20+ countries, cared for some very spoiled pets, and saved over $100,000 on housing. This Blueprint is every lesson, mistake and shortcut from the road, so your start is a whole lot smoother than ours.
Everything is figureoutable. You just don't have to figure it out alone.Sandra, 70

Good to know.
Is this a PDF?
No, it's better. It's an online guide you open with a private link, made to read beautifully on your phone, tablet or laptop. Save it to your home screen and it's always one tap away.
Do I need house sitting experience?
Not at all. We start from zero: setting up your profile, getting your first sit, and what to do when you arrive. Most of our readers have never done a sit before.
Am I too old for this?
Mum started at 67 and is now 70. There's a whole chapter from her, plus insurance and health options for women 60 and 70+.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. Buy once and every update is yours at the same link, forever. Two brand new chapters are already in the works.
Is this only for Europe?
No. House sitting works all over the world. We go deepest on the UK and Europe because that's where the rules changed most in 2026, and we include emergency numbers for 38 countries.
Stop waiting for someday. Start planning Tuesday.
